By placing an order at Meera Jewellers, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Meera Jewellers for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Events outside Meera Jewellers’s control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. The information you provide is only available to Meera Jewellers and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Meera Jewellers to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Meera Jewellers Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Meera Jewellers’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Meera Jewellers is released from Meera Jewellers’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {mjewellers2020@gmail.com}.
